SNOB Film Festival and Another Review

Quick Shop was recently accepted into its fourth film festival, the SNOB (Somewhat North of Boston) Film Festival in Concord, NH. Although they haven’t published the official schedule yet, the festival director told me that Quick Shop will be screening at the 9:30 PM block on Friday, September 16th. This block of films will be of the genre “suspense/twisted tales”, and I’m told it should be well attended. Let’s hope so…I’m looking forward to a Q&A session where someone actually asks me a question. 🙂

I’m planning on making the trip up to Concord to attend the screening. It’s actually a busy weekend for me as I also have a wedding to attend to that Saturday night. The plan is to drive up to Concord Friday morning (about 6-7 hours), attend the screening, then drive home Saturday morning in time for the wedding. It’ll be grueling but I think it’ll be worth it. SNOB is a festival that I’ve heard a lot of good things about, and so far they’ve been great at communicating with me. Should be fun…

Quick Shop also just received its ninth online review, this latest one coming from Paul Pritchard over at PulpMovies.com. Paul reviewed my previous short film One-Day Seminar back in 2008, and had some kind words to say about Quick Shop. Check out his full review here:
