The reviewer was none other than Mark Bell, the editor-in-chief of FilmThreat.com, and I’m happy with what he had to say and the 3 out of 5 stars he gave it. And to answer one of his questions: Yes, the entire production budget of Quick Shop was under $500. Just imagine what I could do with $500,000 🙂
